من هو الطِّفل؟ وهل يطلق على الأنثى طفلًا؟ اذكر الدَّليل من الكتاب والسُّنَّة؟

Official Transcript (English)

A child is the newborn from the moment it comes out of its mother's womb until puberty, and it applies to both male and female. Allah said: {then We bring you out as a child, then (give you life) that you may reach your full age}. And the Prophet ﷺ said: "The pen is lifted from three," and he mentioned among them: "the boy until he reaches puberty."

الجواب الكامل (باللغة العربية)

الطِّفل: هو المولود منذ يخرج من بطن أمِّه حتَّى البلوغ، ويستوي فيه الذَّكر والأنثى، قال تعالى: {ثُمَّ نُخۡرِجُكُمۡ طِفۡلٗا ثُمَّ لِتَبۡلُغُوٓاْ أشُّدَّكَم} وقال ﷺ: "رفع القلم عن ثلاثة -وذكر منهم-: "الصَّبي حتَّى يحتلم".
