Official Transcript (English)

If the man's fluid precedes the woman's fluid and prevails over it, it will be a male and the resemblance will be to the man. If the woman's fluid precedes the man's fluid and prevails over it, it will be a female and the resemblance will be to the woman.

الجواب الكامل (باللغة العربية)

إذا سبق ماء الرَّجل ماء المرأة وعلاه كان ذكرا وكان الشَّبه للرَّجل، وإن سبق ماء المرأة ماء الرَّجل وعلاه كان أنثى، وكان الشَّبه للمرأة.
