Yes, it is recommended to seek refuge for him. Allah the Almighty said: {And I seek refuge for her in You and [for] her descendants from Satan, the expelled [from the mercy of Allah].} [Aal-Imran: 36].

نعم يستحبُّ تعويذه، قال تعالى: {وَإِنِّیۤ أُعِیذُهَا بِكَ وَذُرِّیَّتَهَا مِنَ ٱلشَّیۡطَـٰنِ ٱلرَّجِيمِ}.
