Official Transcript (English)

What is meant by being born upon the Fitrah is that one's innate nature is inclined toward and necessitates the religion of Islam, acknowledging Allah's Lordship and submitting to Him in worship. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'There is no child born except that he is upon the religion.' (Muslim). And in another narration: 'Every child is born upon Islam.' (Mustakhraj Abi Awanah).

الجواب الكامل (باللغة العربية)

المراد من كونه يولد على الفطرة أن فطرته موجبة ومقتضية لدين الإسلام، فيقرُّ لله تعالى بربوبيته، وإذعانه له بالعبوديَّة، قال ﷺ: "ما من مولود يولد إلَّا وهو على الملَّة". (مسلم). وفي لفظ: " كل مولود يولد على الإسلام ". (مستخرج أبي عوانة).
