Question (English)
If an orphan owns something prohibited or impure [like wine], what should be done with it?

يجب التَّخلص من الحرام، فإنَّ أبا طلحة -رضي الله عنه- سأل رسول الله ﷺ عن أيتام ورثوا خمرًا؟ فقال ﷺ: "أهرقها". قال: أفلا أجعلها خلًّا؟ قال: "لا". (أحمد).

It is obligatory to get rid of prohibited things. Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) about orphans who inherited wine. He (peace be upon him) said: 'Pour it out.' He asked: 'Can I not turn it into vinegar?' He (peace be upon him) said: 'No.' (Ahmad).
