نعم، تقبيلهم من الرَّحمة، فإنَّ رجلاً أبصر النَّبي ﷺ يقبِّل الحسن فقال: إنَّ لي عشرة من الولد ما قبَّلت واحدًا منهم، فقال رسول الله ﷺ: «إنَّه من لا يرحم لا يرحم». (متَّفق عليه).

Yes, kissing them is an act of mercy. A man saw the Prophet (peace be upon him) kissing Al-Hasan and said: 'I have ten children and I have never kissed any of them.' The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) replied: 'Indeed, he who does not show mercy will not be shown mercy.' (Agreed upon).
