Is there any proven evidence in the Sunnah for the specific wording of congratulations for a newborn?

لم يصحَّ شيء في السُّنَّة إنَّما صحَّ عن الحسن البصري -رحمه الله- قوله: اللهمَّ اجعله مباركًا عليك وعلى أمَّة محمَّد ﷺ. (الطَّبراني في الدُّعاء).

Nothing specific has been proven in the [Prophetic] Sunnah; however, it was proven from Al-Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) that he said: 'O Allah, make him/her blessed for you and for the Ummah of Muhammad (peace be upon him).' (At-Tabarani in Ad-Du'a).
