لا يجوز قتل صبيان المشركين، قال ابن عمر -رضي الله عنهما-: نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن قتل النِّسا والصِّبيان. (متَّفق عليه).

No, it is not permissible to kill the children of the polytheists. Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) said: 'The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade the killing of women and children.' (Agreed upon).
